1. General

Following Terms and Conditions take effect for all OFFF Vienna Festival ticket sales handled by unmes event gmbh , Paulanergasse 13, 1040 Vienna („Organizer“).

2. Ticket Purchasing

Tickets can exclusively be purchased online via the event ticketing platform of Tito. Further informations regarding the order process can be found on the Tito website (https://ti.to/terms). Tito acts as an intermediary in the ticket purchase and in this respect the Terms and Conditions of Tito (https://ti.to/terms) are additionally effective. The contract of the ticket purchase is made solely between the organizer and the visitor. The prices listed are due immediately and the chosen means of payment is debited upon completion of the order process.

3. Ticket Refund / Cancellation or technical problems / Right of Withdrawal

An error during the purchase or failure to attend the event, among other reasons, will not be grounds for a refund of the sum or any modification to tickets purchased.The purchase amount of the tickets will only be reimbursed in the event of a technical problem or cancellation of the event.

No changes or refunds will be accepted after the transaction has been carried out. For bookings made by a private individual is the attendance a leisure activity, thus the special right of withdrawal by the Austrian “Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz” is not applicable.

4. Transfer of tickets

Tickets are non-transferable. In isolated incidences the organizer may agree to a ticket transfer as a courtesy.

5. Fortuitous events

The Organizer shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible.For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: pandemics, war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency. In such a case tickets will not be refunded.

6. Admission to the event

The visitor is obliged to show a valid ticket upon festival entrance control. Each visitor with a valid ticket receives a non-transferrable badge (i.g.event badge, lanyard or stamp), that has to be worn at all time during the event, especially to regain access after exiting the event venue.

To ensure a safe and pleasant event for all visitors the Organizer reserves the right to disallow admission to certain visitors, as far as they act aggressive or verbally abusive and / or are under the influence of intoxicants. Weapons or other dangerous objects are not permitted within the event locations.

7. Domiciliary Rights / Ambush- & Guerilla Marketing

The domiciliary rights shall be exercised by the Organizer.Their instructions are to be obeyed. Additionally the event location’s house rules shall be respected during the stay within the location.Visitors may be excluded from the event and be required to leave the event location upon violation against the house rules or domiciliary rights as well as upon conducting unauthorized Ambush- / Guerilla Marketing measures.

8. General limitation of liability of the Organizer

The owed service of the Organizer is limited to the organization of the event. The Organizer is not liable for the quality of lectures and presentations and in particular not for the loss of lecturers as well as the schedule and content of the event.Furthermore, the Organizer assumes no liability for the accuracy and completeness of the lectures and presentations(keynotes and master classes) provided.The participants have no claim for certain program points and / or speakers. For damages, the Organizer shall only be liable for gross negligence and / or willful misconduct.The Organizer also is not liable for loss or damage of brought or acquired objects and excludes liability for personal injury. Any loss of profit is not replaced.

9. Further Important Purchase Intructions and Conditions

Possession and / or use of this ticket entails specific acceptance of all the terms and conditions associated with the ticket and ratified during the purchase process. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any problem arising from the illegal duplication of this ticket. The Organizer reserves the right to take the measures they deem appropriate in the event of the appearance of duplicate tickets, including refusal of admission to the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule of the event without prior notification.

10. Privacy

The Organizer processes and uses the visitor’s personal data only for handling the ticket purchase and execution of the event. If the visitor has agreed, their provided data can be used for marketing purposes by the the Organizer.The visitor can revoke his consent at all times by contacting the Organizer (e.g.via e-mail to: hello@offfvienna.com) Additionally for the usage of Tito the platforms Privacy Policy (https://ti.to/terms) is effective.
